Role Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to the Founder's & Management Office who will act as a strategic partner to leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks - it blends operations, project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive support.
- You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team, managing priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals, and contributing directly to decision-making and high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Founder/CEO - including internal teams, clients, investors, and partners.
- Manage the flow of information to/from the Founder, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for meetings, pitches, and public forums.
- Represent the Founder in meetings and engagements, when required.
Project & Operations Management
- Track, monitor, and ensure progress of key initiatives in AdTech & MarTech, aligning them with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead special projects, pilots, and research assignments related to growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Support initiatives in new business development, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Liaise with investors, high-value clients, and strategic partners on behalf of the Founder, ensuring professional and timely follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and proofread critical communications, proposals, and business documents.
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement by balancing assertiveness with diplomacy.
- Process Improvement & Technology Enablement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, reporting, and productivity.
- Maintain and track key performance metrics for central leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-4 years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role (preferably in high-growth/start-up environments).
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to advertising, media buying, MarTech, or related technologies is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to interact confidently with C-Suite leaders, investors, and clients.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion), CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
