Job Title: Asst. Manager_Co-lending

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate in Co-Lending team manage co-lending partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and managing co-lending partners to scale our lending portfolio, while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential co-lending partners (banks/NBFCs/fintechs) aligned with business strategy.

- Drive the end-to-end co-lending partnership process: outreach, negotiation, due diligence, onboarding, and operationalization.

- Structure co-lending models, including risk-sharing agreements, pricing structures, and operational workflows.

- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, compliance, technology, finance) to ensure smooth execution of co-lending arrangements.

- Monitor and manage ongoing partnerships, including performance tracking, reporting, and resolving operational issues.

- Ensure all partnerships adhere to RBI co-lending guidelines and other regulatory frameworks.

- Work closely with product and tech teams to integrate systems and streamline co-lending journeys.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across partner lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in co-lending partnership management.

- Understanding of lending products, credit risk, and the co-lending model (including RBI guidelines).

- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintechs in a partnership or lending capacity.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of digital lending platforms and API integrations is a plus.
