About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to generate qualified leads and drive business growth. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. - Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in response to client requirements. - Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify threats and opportunities. - Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of prospects to clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and successful delivery. - Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, forecasts, and challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - MBA preferred. - 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition IT - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
