Zypp Electric - Lead - Accounts Receivable - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Professional with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing and optimizing the accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:

- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.

- Monitor outstanding balances and implement effective credit control measures to minimize overdue accounts.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular AR aging reports and present actionable insights to senior management.

- Analyze customer payment trends and recommend process improvements to enhance cash flow.

Customer Relationships:

- Act as the primary point of contact for AR-related inquiries and disputes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment cycles.

Process Optimization:

- Identify inefficiencies within the AR processes and lead initiatives for process improvement and automation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Team Leadership:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Qualified CA with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Experience: 4+ including 2 years in Big 4 (Audit/Assurance) and subsequent exposure to AR, collections, and finance operations in fast-paced environments.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Advanced Excel skills are essential.

- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
