ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a hands-on, yet strategic Org Development & Capability Lead who can build and drive key organizational levers-culture, learning, leadership development, and org effectiveness. As we scale, we need someone who can design from first principles, bring proven frameworks, and simultaneously roll up their sleeves to execute. You'll be a key architect of how we build an organization of tomorrow - agile, high-performing, values-driven and people first organization.
Role:
Talent Development including Leadership & Manager Development:
- Design and execute a company-wide learning strategy across cohorts (individuals, managers, leaders)
- Curate and deliver learning experiences-internal, external, digital, blended-to foster continuous development
- Create leadership capability programs for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, and founders/senior leadership
- Partner with HRBPs to coach and support managers to build team performance, feedback culture, and org alignment
Org Effectiveness & Design:
- Partner with business and HRBPs to evolve org design, clarify roles, decision rights, team structures, and scale org agility
- Run OD interventions around change management, team dynamics, and effectiveness
Culture & Organizational Health:
- Shape and embed cultural values and rituals that align with our mission and scale phase
- Use data (pulse surveys, engagement, feedback) to measure culture health and drive targeted interventions
Talent Management:
- Anchor talent processes such as succession planning, high-potential identification, and internal mobility frameworks.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to shape career pathways, development plans, and talent forums to retain and grow internal talent.
You're likely a great fit if you:
- Have 4-7 years of experience in Org Development, Talent, or Capability roles in high-growth or evolving orgs
- Know how to build and scale manager and leadership development that drives real behavior change
- Bring a systems-thinking approach-connecting learning, culture, and structure to improve org effectiveness
- Are hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build from scratch
- Can influence senior leaders with clarity, insight, and strategic thinking
- Want to drive impact beyond HR-shaping how the company grows and scales
