Responsibilities
- Managing and growing our social media presence across B2B and B2C platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Driving user engagement and retention for our consumer app.
- Supporting performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Collaborating with design, product, and content teams to craft campaigns that drive results.
Social Media (B2B + B2C):
- Create and execute content calendars tailored to each audience segment.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the community to build brand affinity.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, testimonials, campaigns, etc.
App Engagement And Retention (B2C)
- Run in-app campaigns and push notifications to drive user actions.
- Analyse app analytics to understand user behaviour and improve retention.
- Work with product and design teams to improve the user journey through content and communication.
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and optimising paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.
- Conduct keyword and audience research for both B2B lead generation and B2C acquisition.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS, and report actionable insights.
- Suggest creative ideas and messaging variations for A/B testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on social media and/or app engagement.
- Proven track record of managing both B2B and B2C social media strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Firebase, MoEngage/CleverTap (or similar).
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for creative storytelling.
- Ability to multitask across verticals and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good To Have
- Experience working in a fintech or regtech startup or a high-growth tech environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.
, WebEngage, Clevertap)
