Job Title: Zonal Sales & Operations Manager North & East

Location: Delhi, India

Experience Level: Mid-Senior (10 to 15 years)

Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)


About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales & Operations Manager to lead sales, operations, and profitability across 69 Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores in the North & East region. The role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering superior customer experience while managing large multi-location teams.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Growth


- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all EBO stores.

- Develop and execute business strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure business KPIs are met.


Operations & Compliance


- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audit compliance, and statutory requirements.

- Oversee store operations to deliver consistent customer experiences.

- Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.


Team Leadership & Development


- Lead, coach, and mentor Regional/Area Sales Managers and store teams to maximize performance.

- Build a high-performance culture by driving productivity, accountability, and employee engagement.

- Identify training needs and oversee execution of learning and development programs.


Strategic Planning & Execution


- Develop zonal business plans aligned with company goals.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, VM, Merchandising, HR, Supply Chain) for smooth execution of initiatives.

- Plan new store openings, expansions, and regional campaigns.


Customer Experience & Brand Excellence


- Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

- Drive customer satisfaction scores and loyalty initiatives.

- Implement best practices to enhance store-level customer engagement.


Key Requirements:


- Experience: 10 to 15 years in retail (Apparel / Lifestyle / Fashion industry preferred).

- Proven P&L ownership with experience in managing multi-location operations.

- Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

- Achievement of zonal sales and profitability targets.

- Audit compliance and SOP adherence.

- Inventory health and shrinkage control.

- Employee productivity and retention.
