Job Overview:

- We are looking for a driven and experienced Zonal Sales Officer to oversee sales operations in a designated zone.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to maximize sales, and ensuring that our products reach the target market effectively.

- This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned zone, setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and enhance brand presence in the region.

- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high performance culture.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
