Position: Zonal Sales Head - Gujarat
Location: Ahmedabad / Surat (with statewide travel as required)

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for driving the luxury car sales strategy and execution across Gujarat. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving retail targets, strengthening dealer sales operations, mentoring front-line teams, and contributing to overall business growth. This position is critical in translating the CEO's strategic vision into measurable sales performance on-ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all retail touchpoints in Gujarat.
- Lead a team of branch sales managers, executives, and relationship managers across multiple locations.
- Implement zonal sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Monitor and drive performance on KPIs including inquiry-to-sale conversion, booking ratios, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure high standards of showroom operations and customer experience in line with luxury brand expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local activations, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to recommend course corrections.
- Train, coach, and motivate the front-line sales team to build a high-performance culture.
- Act as a strong executional partner to the CEO, supporting business reviews and planning cycles.
- Liaise with OEM representatives and internal leadership on state-level sales alignment.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive retail sales; experience in luxury or premium car segment preferred.
- Proven success in leading large, multi-location sales teams.
- Strong understanding of retail sales operations, CRM systems, and digital sales funnels.
- Demonstrated capability in people leadership, sales forecasting, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for branch reviews and team mentoring.
