- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery for the Affordable housing business.
- Drive and Implement sales strategy for Affordable housing to deliver revenue in compliance with organization's goals.
- Devise business strategies to enhance productivity leading to a higher earnings multiplier per employee.
- Identified Sales, Marketing and Distribution strategies to ensure regular flow of business.
- Conceive and Execute key projects for AFH/LAP business and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives.
- Driving Sales volumes profitably across locations.
- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and Channels at a National level.
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Regional Heads to ensure that corporate strategies are percolated down to the ground level sales force
- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of Sales Team and Channel partners closely and initiate corrective action as required.
- Build capability and productivity by enhancing skills and monitoring progress.
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics
- Ensure pricing and risk policies are in the organization's best interest.
- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined by the management.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing initiatives and business development activities to enhance productivity and business volumes.
- Engage closely with Marketing to ensure that branding and advertisement are in line with product offering.
- Revenue Optimization and Cost control
- Maintain pricing discipline in line with cost of funds scenario and competition.
- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure effective cost management.
