1. Liaison with Talent Acquisition team to ensure manning of all positions at regional and depot locations
2. Sales Incentive:
a) Design incentive scheme for all sales & marketing verticals
B. Employee Engagement & Driving Retentions
1. Drive structured onboarding for all new joiners
2. 15/30/90 days call to new joiners to understand their pulse & provide interventions to minimize early bucket attrition
3. Regular employee connect sessions, open houses & location visits basis: High attrition, Low Performance, Dip in Performance or Disciplinary Issue
C. Performance Management
1. KRA/goal setting exercise closure by deadline at regional level
2. Bell curve and rating finalization at regional level
D. Off-roll Employee Management
1. Deployment of third-party manpower
2. Track productivity of third-party sales employees and provide suitable interventions
