Role Purpose:
To lead and drive the Wealth Management business for the assigned zone by managing a team of Regional Wealth Heads, Wealth Managers, and Relationship Managers. Responsible for achieving AUM growth, revenue targets, and client acquisition while ensuring high standards of client servicing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive business performance across the zone to achieve AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national business goals.
- Deepen wallet share of HNI & UHNI clients through cross-selling wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, etc.)
2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Heads, Wealth Managers, and Senior Relationship Managers.
- Drive productivity, skill development, and engagement of the wealth team through regular training and performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of performance, compliance, and client-first approach.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and build relationships with top-tier clients and key influencers across the zone.
- Personally manage relationships with marquee clients as needed.
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery and resolution of escalations.
4. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, etc.)
- Monitor and review client portfolios periodically to ensure alignment with client risk profiles and investment objectives.
- Ensure due diligence in client onboarding, documentation, and suitability assessments.
5. Strategic Initiatives & Collaboration
- Collaborate with central product, research, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Represent the zone in strategic reviews, product launches, and digital adoption initiatives.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for new product penetration.

- Zone-wise AUM and revenue growth
- Client acquisition and retention
- RM productivity and cross-sell ratios
- Compliance & audit scores
- Employee engagement and attrition control
