Zonal Head - Supply Chain Finance
Role Overview:
Lead the South Zone for Supply Chain Finance. Own P&L, design and execute strategic/annual business plans, and build strong market positioning through competitive intelligence and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a 20+ member sales team with Regional Heads and CRMs/ARMs.
- Drive sales excellence, client acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build deep client and banking relationships while enhancing regional partnerships.
- Track portfolio health, market trends, and competitor activity to shape strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at industry forums.
Candidate Profile:
- 18+ years in corporate relationship management (Banks/NBFCs/FinTech/Corporate Treasury/Wholesale funding).
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Finance with proven leadership of large, distributed teams.
- MBA/PG in Business Management from a reputed institution.
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in SCF/Working Capital, digital ecosystems (APIs/ERPs), and data-driven decision-making.
