- The Zonal Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving store expansion and sales strategies within a designated geographic zone.
- The role focuses on achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets by leading a high-performing team and ensuring effective distribution management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including City Master Franchisees, Area Managers, and Business Development teams.
- Ensure sales targets per store and other key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
- Oversee distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficient product/service delivery to franchisees.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards within the assigned region.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in leadership roles within business development, sales, or distribution management.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Experience in the real estate sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
- Strong market research and analytical skills to drive business decisions.
- Expertise in business development planning and distribution logistics.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
