- Managing product assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory to optimise category performance.
- Evaluating customer feedback and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Developing solid relationships with key vendors and suppliers to improve category offerings and negotiate favourable terms.
