About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Zonal Business Head (Strategic Accounts) to lead sales operations in Bangalore or Hyderabad. This role will focus on managing large accounts, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals. You will be responsible for key client relationships with top-tier real estate developers and brokers (primarily Category A & B), ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth:
- Own and expand a portfolio of high-value clients in your region
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations and seamless client delivery
- Drive monthly business growth of 30-40% in a portfolio worth - 4-5 Cr/month
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships including with CXOs (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads)
- Ensure a renewal rate of 70%+ through consistent client engagement and proactive account management
Sales Strategy & Data-Driven Decisions:
- Use data insights to retain and grow accounts strategically
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions tailored to client needs
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, driving alignment with business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture and promote accountability
Escalation & Crisis Handling:
- Resolve client issues swiftly while maintaining a strong relationship
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality service delivery
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong account farming and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling CXO-level engagements
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and renewal goals
- Data-oriented with a focus on insight-driven strategies
- Effective team leader and communicator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualifications:
- 10-14 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or client success
- Experience managing a revenue portfolio of - 1-5 Cr/month at the city or zonal level
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- MBA or B.Tech/B.E preferred
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is mandatory
