Zonal Business Head
Responsibilities:
- As a Zonal Business Head, your main job is to drive sales, manage key relationships, and lead a high-performing team in your assigned region. Here's what you'll do:
- Grow Sales & Revenue : Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, meet business targets, and expand Company's market presence.
- Manage Key Clients : Work closely with real estate developers and brokers (Category B & C) to build long-term relationships and boost sales.
- Lead a Team : Recruit, mentor, and guide a strong team of Account Managers to achieve business goals.
- Improve Products & Services : Work with product teams to refine offerings based on market needs.
- Market Research & Strategy : Keep track of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Solve client issues, engage with stakeholders, and maintain a high level of service.
- Lead by Example : Set high professional standards, foster a strong work culture, and drive ethical business practices.
