Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Travel Agent Sales who will build and maintain strong relationships with offline travel agents, tour operators, and travel partners.

- The role is responsible for driving bookings, promoting Z Vacations properties, and ensuring smooth coordination with partners to increase visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities.

Travel Agent Sales & Partnerships.

- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with travel agents and tour operators.

- Promote Z Vacations properties, packages, and offers to partners.

- Negotiate rates, contracts, and special deals with agents to maximize sales.

Coordination & Execution.

- Work with internal teams (reservations, operations, revenue) to ensure smooth handling of agent bookings.

- Share updated inventory, pricing, and offers with agents on time.

- Support in organizing FAM trips, sales visits, and partner engagement activities.

Performance Tracking.

- Monitor agent sales performance and track bookings generated through offline partners.

- Prepare simple sales reports and highlight trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Required Skills & Attributes:

- Prior experience in travel sales/agent relations/hospitality sales is preferred.

- Good knowledge of travel agency networks and offline B2B sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking sales.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
