Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-driven HR L&D Manager to set up and lead the learning and development function at Elevate.

This is a new role with high impact, where you will be responsible for building structured training programs, handling employee inductions, and enabling skill development across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

- Design & Execute Training Programs: Build induction, onboarding, and training modules for frontline staff and managers.

- Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth cultural and operational integration for new hires.

- Learning & Development: Create and deliver upskilling programs for employees across functions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions.

- Performance Enablement: Track training effectiveness, employee performance improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes.

- People Engagement: Build trust and rapport with employees across levels, from frontline staff to senior management.

- Travel Support: Visit different properties/locations when required to conduct training and support L&D initiatives.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in HR (Tier 2 institute or higher preferred).

- Prior experience in training, onboarding, or L&D within hospitality, student housing, retail, logistics, or similar industries.

- Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi is a plus).

- Energetic personality with structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to engage employees at all levels with empathy and professionalism.

- Organized, result-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
