Zolostays - Head - City Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced City Operations Head to oversee the end-to-end operations of all Z Hotels in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the city while leading a high-performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all Z Hotels in Bangalore, ensuring smooth functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.

P&L Management:

- Take full ownership of the P&L for the region, driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Audit & Compliance:

- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory requirements, and brand standards.

Customer Experience:

- Monitor guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to deliver an exceptional guest - experience.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor property managers and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Business Strategy:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define city-level business strategies, implement new processes, and execute initiatives for growth and operational efficiency.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and cost optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in multi-property hotel operations management.

- Strong P&L management and financial acumen.

- Deep understanding of hospitality SOPs, compliance, and guest experience management.

- Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.

- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective vendor and stakeholder management skills.
