Zoho Presales & Implementation Manager - IT

We need an experienced leader who can guide our Zoho practice with a strong track record in Zoho implementations, solution architecture, and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Zoho suite, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth by delivering innovative Zoho solutions to our clients.

Zoho Implementation

- Documenting and analyzing business processes

- Evaluating the efficiency of business processes

- Modifying business processes to make them more efficient

- Working with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation

Zoho Pre-sales

- Understanding client needs and challenges

- Designing and delivering solutions to meet client needs

- Presenting and demonstrating solutions to clients

- Collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies

- Guiding customers through the decision-making process

- Designing customized solutions and workflows

- Providing expert advice on customer experience strategy

- Supporting the implementation team during solution roll-outs
