About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Head to lead our Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) operations at our Aurangabad, Chakan branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring credit quality, managing risks, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and guide their team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve branch business targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to drive performance and meet organizational goals.

- Ensure strict adherence to credit quality and risk management policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Monitor and manage branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Minimum 1 year of proven team handling and leadership experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive team performance.
