Manager - Performance Marketing

Were now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn our mission into measurable growth. You'll own the strategy and execution across paid channels, craft compelling campaigns that speak to overwhelmed parents, and optimize every click, install, and conversion along the way.

You'll test, learn, and scale what works all while shaping how thousands of Indian parents discover and experience Zevo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution from planning to performance tracking to meet key KPIs.
- Manage ad placements and targeting using audience insights and platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- Set and manage acquisition goals across paid channels Meta, Google UAC, influencers, and partnerships.
- Use funnel analytics and attribution to understand performance and optimize install-to-activation rates.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve CAC, CTR, and retention.
- Execute email and push notification campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Analyze ad spend data, optimize budget allocations, and recommend spend adjustments.
- Improve customer retention and scale new user acquisition by optimizing for CPA and ROI.
- Identify and deploy high-performing keywords to drive campaign efficiency and conversion.
- Use customer insights to segment, target, and personalise messaging across platforms.
- Identify pain points and performance drop-offs to implement data-driven improvements.
- Create dashboards and reports to track, measure, and communicate campaign performance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proven expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
- Ability to own independently and execute campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
