What You'll Do:

- Lead global business operations and identify opportunities for growth through building and nurturing strong internal and external relationships.

- Grow global presence by exploring new partnerships, enhancing distribution channels, and entering untapped markets.

- Guide your team by setting clear targets, reviewing progress, and ensuring goals are met through a healthy cross-functional team culture.

- Take charge of the P&L, managing pricing strategies, stock mobilization, order placement, and ensuring timely payments.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams like PPIC, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Ensure that customer queries are promptly resolved, leading to superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Stay ahead of industry changes and leverage market intelligence to craft effective business expansion strategies.

- Continuously engage with your team, offering guidance, resolving grievances, and motivating them to reach new heights.

About You:

- You're a visionary with deep insights into global market trends and a talent for turning opportunities into business success.

- An MBA in International Business is preferred, with proven expertise in strategic thinking, analytics, and leadership.

- You have strong global market contacts and a sound understanding of international regulatory affairs For Nutraceutical products.
