Job Overview:
Zeon Lifesciences is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as AGM - Business Development for the Domestic Market, specializing in Contract Manufacturing of Nutraceuticals and Ayurvedic Products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth in our contract manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the nutraceutical and Ayurvedic product sectors.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand their needs and ensure our services meet their expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Utilize insights to refine strategies and approaches.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 18+ years of experience in business development, specifically in the contract manufacturing of nutraceuticals or Ayurvedic products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the nutraceutical and Ayurvedic industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
