Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role)
- 10+ years of project management experience in comparable industries:
- Experience in managing IT Infra projects.
- Experience in end-to-end project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year.
- Handled tracks/ workstreams/ projects independently as part of large programs/ portfolios.
- Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues.
- Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work during weekends if required (for maintenance/ migration activities, handling escalations etc.
Desired Skills:
- Agile project management.
- Telcom/ Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred.
- Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software.
- Experience in contract Change Management process.
- Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira / Rally.
Education &/ Additional Certifications:
- Certifications: PMP Preferred (not mandatory), CSM Preferred (not mandatory).
- Education: College/University degree or equivalent.
