Zensar Technologies - Senior Product Manager

- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across our IT services portfolio.

- This role involves crossroads of business strategy, product leadership, customer insight, and emerging technologies like GenAI.

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune.

Key Responsibilities.

- Product Strategy & Vision - Define and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.

- Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

- Cross-Functional Leadership.

- Lead product development efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.

- Lifecycle Management.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on feedback.

- Customer & Market Insights.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

- Act as the voice of the customer in product planning and execution.

- Go-to-Market Execution.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and positioning.

- Support client engagements and product demonstrations.

- Mentorship & Leadership.

- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.

- Influence organizational strategy and promote best practices in product management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 12-18 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT services or enterprise software.

- Realign product vision with business strategy.

- Deepen customer engagement through experience design.

- Strengthen engineering for scale and speed.

- Inject innovation using AI without losing focus.
