Key Responsibilities:


- Creative Leadership Art focused but has capability to understand and lead content strategy as well.
- Own and evolve the creative direction for Zensar's brand and campaigns-across digital, print, film, events, and more.


- Lead big ideas from scratch to execution, ensuring every asset reflects clarity, confidence, and creativity.


- Translate marketing and business goals into compelling creative that moves the needle.


- Bring storytelling to the table in everything-from ABM programs and sales decks to brand films and employer branding.


- Team Building & Collaboration across internal functions and external stakeholders.


- Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team: designers, writers, video editors, and motion specialists.


- Partner with marketing, brand, sales, functional teams and business stakeholders to align on priorities and sharpen narratives.


- Guide agency and vendor partners to ensure delivery is on-brand, on-time, and top-notch.


- Foster a culture of creative curiosity, experimentation, and craft excellence.


- Own and enforce brand guidelines and ensure consistency across geographies and formats.


- Review and elevate creative work across the funnel-top-level storytelling, mid-funnel content, and sales assets.


- Jump into reviews with a sharp eye-challenge the work, ask the right questions, and push for innovation and impact.


- Explore emerging trends in B2B branding, design tech, and content formats-then apply them, fast.


- Infuse AI, motion, and interactivity where it adds value, not just buzz.


- Track creative impact with marketing analytics and constantly improve based on feedback and performance.

What You Will Need:


- 15+ years of experience in branding or creative leadership roles (Advertising agency or in-house plus experience in the B2B tech space will be ideal mix).


- Bachelors degree in fine arts/ Vis Com or associated degrees.


- A portfolio that shows bold thinking, storytelling, and high craft across multiple formats.


- Strong understanding of B2B creative strategy, content marketing, ABM, and enterprise buyer behaviour.


- Proven experience building and managing cross-functional creative teams.


- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Google Slides).


- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and feedback-giving skills.

Good To Have


- Experience in global brand transformation rollouts or multi-market campaigns.


- Exposure to motion design, film, interactive formats, and AI-enabled tools.


- Strong creative instincts with an eye for trends and experimentation.


- Understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise technology buyers.
