Role Overview:
- This role is for you if you thrive on structured thinking, system designs, cross-functional ownership and want to drive business outcomes.
- You will own end-to-end program delivery, student experience, operational governance, and process optimization. You'll be the engine behind what makes learners succeed.

What You'll Own
Academic Strategy & Ops Analytics
- Own the data layer of learning-track completion, engagement, attendance, and sentiment across cohorts.
- Build and run weekly academic health dashboards to proactively create performance reports.
- Lead insight-based action planning with mentors, counselors, and delivery teams to solve root issues
Student Lifecycle Management
- Turn onboarding into a "wow" experience-across batch launches, platform walk-throughs, and community activation.
- Track early attrition signals (e.g. low LMS usage, drop in attendance) and drive retention, initiate proactive support through nudges, check-ins, or buddy systems, AI-powered nudges and alerts.
Voice of the Student (VoS) & Innovation Loop
- Work cross-functionally across Teams like Product, Faculty, Tech to translate student pain points into upgraded process flows, curriculum tweaks, or tool enhancements.
- Build dynamic pulse surveys and focus groups and turn feedback into measurable improvements.
Experience Design & Live Events
- Lead the creation of high-engagement academic touchpoints-referral pushes, Net Promoter Score (NPS), milestone mapping, mid-program interventions, success celebrations.
- Work closely with Marketing to build student-led narratives, highlight wins, and nurture referrals from real learning outcomes.
Escalation Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Facilitate seamless resolution of critical issues by coordinating with faculty, counseling, finance, tech support, and content quality teams.
- Maintain and evolve operational playbooks defining hand-offs across Admissions - Onboarding - Mentors - Coaches - Alumni touchpoints.
