Core Responsibilities
As the Strategic Growth Leader - B2B Collaborations, you will drive enterprise partnerships and accelerate national business growth.
1. Shape B2B expansion roadmap
- Define ambitious revenue milestones aligned to Zell's overall strategy.
- Map out new customer segments and identify untapped corporate opportunities.
- Craft scalable market-entry and growth initiatives to widen reach.
2. Strengthen enterprise partnerships
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, CHROs, CLOs, and university leaders.
- Translate client needs into tailored solutions and value-driven proposals.
- Position Zell as the go-to partner for workforce upskilling in finance.
3. Drive revenue performance
- Own the complete business development cycle, from pitching to closure.
- Maintain a predictable sales funnel with reliable forecasting.
- Track performance dashboards, assess risks, and recalibrate strategy when needed.
4. Enable cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure unified client engagement.
- Channel feedback into product design and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve escalations in partnership with internal teams for seamless delivery.
Desired Profile
- 8-10 years of demonstrated success in B2B growth, enterprise sales, or partnerships (preferably in EdTech or SaaS).
- Graduate in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to pitch and negotiate at the C-suite level.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experienced in engaging with universities, enterprises, and public sector institutions.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
- Expertise in building proposals that convert into long-term business alliances.
