About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of expertise in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and tax regulations.

- Implement internal controls and risk management processes.

- Support business decision-making with financial insights.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

Who We're Looking For :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and audits.

- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
