Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Kochi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategies, and managing a sales team to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, a passion for business development, and a keen understanding of market trends in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to ensure performance and productivity.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school partners and clients.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive business decisions.

- Ensure revenue targets are met through effective sales planning and execution.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.

- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, sales management, and business development.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive sales growth.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
