Their support and belief in our vision underscore our potential to transform the financial technology landscape.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive and scale our strategic alliances with consulting firms, private equity (PE) firms, and business process outsourcing (BPO) providers. This role is critical in expanding our reach, enhancing our GTM strategy, and driving revenue through high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Partnership Strategies:
- Build and execute a comprehensive roadmap for strategic partnerships with leading consulting firms, PE firms, and BPOs.
- Identify and prioritize key partnership opportunities aligned with Zamp's business objectives.
- Define clear partnership goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at partner organizations (C-level, VP, Director).
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within target partner ecosystems.
Joint GTM & Co-Selling:
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Drive co-selling motions by enabling partner sales teams and facilitating joint sales engagements.
- Develop and implement lead-generation programs to drive qualified leads through partner channels.
Revenue & Performance Ownership:
- Drive measurable impact through partnerships by securing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective partnership management.
Enablement & Integration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to enable partners with the necessary resources and training.
- Facilitate seamless integration of partners into Zamp's broader ecosystem.
- Develop and deliver partner training programs and materials.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging partnership opportunities within the fintech and financial services sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partner synergies and market gaps.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform Zamp's partnership strategy.
Contracting & Negotiations:
- Lead commercial discussions, define partnership structures, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure all partnership agreements are aligned with Zamp's legal and compliance requirements.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably within the banking, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with consulting firms, PE firms, or BPOs.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including finance automation, AI, and related technologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -

- A visionary mindset, with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives that drive business growth and success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
