- Improve visibility for internal customer teams by creating accurate reports
- Help onboard customers with their unique data schemas and business needs to ensure seamless transitions and standardized solutions
- Interact with engineering workflows and customize solutions to meet customer requirements
- Play a pivotal role in onboarding customers and extracting data from platforms such as Banks, ERPs, and SaaS tools by standardizing the data
- Engage directly with customers to understand their data requirements, analyze their data, and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate and configure data workflows
Qualifications & Skill Set Required:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in data analytics, supporting reconciliation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Python/R/PySpark for data analysis and automation
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and executives to drive strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with compliance standards and legal processes (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
