We are seeking an experienced SOP - Consultant to develop, standardize, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process documentation, workflow optimization, and compliance. They should be skilled at understanding business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating complex operations into clear, structured SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Document SOPs: Create well-structured, clear, and detailed SOPs tailored to client needs.
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct interviews, workshops, and discussions with business units to gather process-related insights.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that SOPs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Training & Implementation: Assist in the rollout of SOPs, including conducting training sessions, creating user manuals, and ensuring adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of SOPs and update them as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in SOP creation, business process documentation, or operations consulting.
- Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and process mapping skills. Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, or compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
