Job Overview:.
- Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head for Mumbai, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the city.

Key Responsibilities:.
Business Strategy & Growth:.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma's presence and market share in Mumbai.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Drive city-level business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
P&L Management:.
- Own the P&L for Mumbai operations and ensure financial targets are met.
- Optimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions.
Operations Management:.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including logistics, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Team Leadership:.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across business development, operations, and support functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Market Analysis & Expansion:.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Develop strategies for geographic and service expansion based on market insights.
- Work closely with the central team to align local strategies with overall business goals.
Stakeholder Management:.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, product, etc. ) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Represent Yuma at industry events and build strategic relationships within the ecosystem.
Key Requirements:.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business operations, growth, or city-level leadership roles, preferably in the energy, mobility, logistics, or gig-economy sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
