- Ensure compliance with contracts and supplier agreements.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize routes and transportation costs while ensuring on-time delivery.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Oversee inventory management to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create accurate demand forecasts.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
- Build cross-functional collaboration with production, finance, and sales departments.
Technology & Systems
- Drive the implementation and optimization of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Use data analytics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
Performance & Reporting
- Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, supply chain cost).
- Report to senior management on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.
