What do you need to do?
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of our video presence and engagement on various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, websites, and any upcoming platforms.
- Spearheaded initiatives to explore and leverage emerging platforms, ensuring a comprehensive reach.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to meet and exceed revenue targets within the video business segment.
- Build and manage a proficient team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to optimize video content performance, aiming for high viewership and engagement.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies to enhance viewership and grow our audience across all channels.
- Utilize diverse analytical tools to derive actionable insights, driving enhanced performance metrics and numbers for our video production team.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration on pitches and execution strategies.
Who could you be?
Background and Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a YouTube channel Manager in a digital content firm
- Should have experience in managing internal stakeholders and coordination.
- An excellent portfolio that demonstrates deep integrated thinking and strong brand-building capabilities, with an emphasis on video content
- A keen awareness of current trends in content especially in digital entertainment.
- Deep understanding of film and video production
- Ability to get things done in a short timeline with the highest quality of content
- Excellent communication skills
