Job Title: IT Software Sales / Leads / Managers

About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and goal-driven professionals to join our IT Software Sales team across different experience levels. The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads through inside sales activities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships across domestic and international markets

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Conduct product demos and presentations for software offerings

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met

- Maintain sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2 to 7 years of consistent experience in IT Software Sales

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Prior experience in Inside Sales is highly preferred

- International Sales experience will be a strong advantage

- Exposure to selling ERP software such as HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software, etc., will be a plus

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
