Position: Business Development Manager - IT Software Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Managers to drive our IT Software sales. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our IT software products (e.g., ERP, HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Lead the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of consistent, relevant experience in IT Software Sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Inside Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Preference for candidates with International Sales experience.
- Experience in ERP software sales (HRMS, CRM, Accounting Software, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
