Role Description:
To manage and support AP Operations & workout areas of improvements and operational enhancements.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Alliance Development - Identify and establish partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, wealth management firms, AMCs, and other key ecosystem players to drive business expansion.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for partnerships aligned with Yes Securities long-term growth plans.
- Explore B2B2C, white-labeling, and co-branded opportunities to enhance market reach and customer acquisition.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion :
- Lead negotiations and execution of high-value partnerships focused on increasing client acquisition and revenue.
- Create and implement revenue-sharing models, API integrations, and digital partnerships to enhance platform offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop customized investment and trading solutions for partners.
3. Digital & Fintech Collaboration :
- Identify and leverage emerging fintech innovations such as algorithmic trading, AI-driven advisory, and digital wealth solutions.
- Work closely with technology teams to drive seamless API integrations and digital onboarding of partners.
- Explore partnerships for embedded finance solutions, fractional investing, and digital investment platforms.
4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with banks, fund houses, large distributors, and institutional partners.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
- Ensure all partnerships comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization :
- Define KPIs and success metrics for partnerships and continuously monitor their impact.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on revenue contribution, partner performance, and market trends.
- Keep track of competitive developments in the financial services and wealth management industry.

Skill Sets:
- Education Qualifications Graduate in any discipline
Education / Certification: Needed, if any NISM Certified
Specialist functional Exposure: needed, if any Knowledge of equity markets/ capital markets, Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Industry Experience :
- Specific Sector Experience required (please mention details) Deep understanding of capital markets, investment products, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, etc.).
- Work experience (in years) 10-20 years in relevant subject
Competencies Required: (Behavioral & Technical / Functional) :
1. Take initiative in operations as well & adds value by giving quality inputs for process improvement on regular intervals
2. Communicates both ways to management as well as to operations & Audit with valuable feedback on timely basis in case of any deviations noticed.
