Important Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B environment
- Strong understanding of systems thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
- Should have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
- Understanding of UI/UX design and basic wireframing and how it impacts user journey
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, solving new problems and driving initiatives every single day.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and be able to draw insightful conclusions by looking at data
- MBA degree is a plus
- Undergrad degree in Computer Science or related course, with strong technical background is a plus
Job Description :
- Work closely with business, customer experience, and operations to launch new initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the salon and beauty services sector and perform competitive analysis to identify trends, market gaps, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collate requirements from multiple divisions, conduct feasibility checks and prioritize them via impact mapping.
- Coordinate with UI/UX and content team to get the designs finalized corresponding to the business requirements
- Discuss requirements with the engineering team providing business context, estimating the effort required and creating sprint plans to achieve deployment on time.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams on a day to day basis to resolve challenges and ensure smooth user experience.
- Ensure proper testing of the features before deployment, by collaborating with the quality assurance team.
- Interviewing customers to find out what they are using our existing products for and inventing ways we can solve those problems even better that our customers haven't imagined.
- Define KPIs and regularly track product performance metrics, providing data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with third party organizations for implementation of payments, chatbots, and communication channels
- Ensure proper documentation of all requirements, workflows and features
