Job Description:


- We are transforming the way customers experience beauty by offering personalized at-home salon and spa services.

- As we have launched our direct-to-consumer (D2C) business, we are seeking a data-driven.

- Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across digital channels and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and QCommerce Platforms.

Position Overview:

- The D2C Performance Marketing Manager at Yes Madam will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across paid digital channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto & Blinkit).

- You will drive the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, focusing on improving ROAS, customer lifetime value, and scalability.

- The ideal candidate will have experience managing both digital and marketplace campaigns, with a passion for D2C marketing and strong analytical skills.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: A degree in engineering, preferably from prestigious institutions such as IIT, NIT, Tier 1 college.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Deep understanding of product marketing metrics, customer behavior analytics, and marketing ROI.

- Work closely with design and creative teams to develop high-converting ads for both digital and marketplace channels.

- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

Marketplace Campaigns:

- Develop and optimize marketing strategies for marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and QCommerce Platforms, focusing on product visibility ranking, and sales growth.

- Utilize marketplace-specific tools and strategies to drive traffic, enhance product discoverability, and increase conversions.

- Analyze marketplace performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, etc) for both digital channels and marketplaces.

- Provide actionable insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketplace analytics dashboards for detailed reporting and decision-making.

Customer Insights & Segmentation:

- Utilize customer data to develop segmentation strategies, delivering personalized experiences across digital and marketplace channels.

- Implement lifecycle marketing techniques like retargeting, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and marketplace representatives to execute media buys and optimize campaigns.

- Partner with product and tech teams to ensure smooth tracking and reporting.

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new tools to stay ahead of competitors.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in D2C brands.

- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce Platforms) is a must.

- Proven track record of scaling D2C businesses and driving growth through performance marketing.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Flipkart and QCommerce Platforms marketing tools, and Google Analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and optimization.

- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and customer segmentation.

Other Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A growth mindset and passion for learning about new industry trends and tools.

- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to drive innovation.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in beauty, wellness, or fashion industries.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.

- Experience with CRM tools and lifecycle- marketing.
