CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Retention


Job Description:


We're looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed retention leader to drive lifecycle marketing at YES MADAM. As Head of CLM, you'll craft data-driven journeys that keep customers engaged, loyal, and coming back for more. This is your chance to lead retention at scale and build a world-class CLM engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention & Lifecycle Strategy:

- Build full-funnel lifecycle journeys to drive onboarding, engagement, reactivation & loyalty.

- Use customer data to design lifecycle triggers and interventions for maximum LTV.

Customer Insights & Personalization:

- Lead segmentation, cohort analysis, and journey mapping to unlock personalized retention.

- Launch A/B tests, track engagement KPIs, and optimize campaign performance .

MarTech & Automation:

- Own CLM tech stack: CDP, CleverTap, Meta Ads, APIs, CRM integrations & more .

- Build dynamic audience journeys with real-time automation .

Cohort-Based Pricing & Monetization:

- Launch membership and subscription models for various user segments .

- Drive ARPU growth with cohort-specific monetization strategies .

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with product, ops, growth & creative teams to deliver seamless experiences .

- Roll out regional campaigns and hyperlocal interventions .

Performance & Reporting:

- Own KPIs: retention (7/30/90), ARPU, repeat rate, churn, CLTV .

- Present monthly dashboards and growth insights to leadership .

What Were Looking For:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in retention marketing, CLM, or lifecycle growth .

- Proven record in improving retention & CLV through structured programs .

- Strong in analytics, experimentation, and marketing automation tools .

- Leadership & stakeholder management experience .

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Increased repeat retention by 3050% through lifecycle programs .

- Built CDP or led martech integrations end-to-end .

- Drove hockey-stick growth during flagship events .

- Recognized in industry awards (e.g. ET 30 Under 30, internal leadership awards) .
