Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and features.

- Work with cross-functional teams including product, operations, marketing, and tech.

- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.

- Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and performance metrics.

- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business planning.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.

- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education: MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, NITs, etc.) preferred.
