Position Summary:
- We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager Automotive to manage and grow strategic partnerships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, the ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of automotive systems, supply chain dynamics, and the ability to navigate complex customer structures.
- This role is central to driving long-term business growth, securing new projects, and ensuring operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- (MBA or Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record managing OEM and/or Tier 1 customers such as Volkswagen, Ford, Stellantis, BMW, Daimler, Bosch, Magna, etc.
- Strong understanding of automotive product development cycles, quality standards (e., IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP), and logistics requirements.
- Experience with global commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e., Salesforce), MS Office, and ERP systems (e., SAP).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
