ZONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are hiring a Zonal Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across key regions with bold execution and strategic vision. We are right fit for person who can deep dive in activities and wants to run operations based on systems and processes and is looking to upgrade his skills and grow at faster pace with fast growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage logistics operations across multiple cities/states.

- Drive cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies

- Ensure the cost-effective procurement of aircraft spares and services to meet the needs of the MRO.

- Deploy Procurement led value plans to ensure value for money is obtained across all business operations.

- Ensure all 3rd party cores are observed and returned to retailers as mandated by time scales

- Support aircraft maintenance checks undertaken at remote bases

- Ensure accuracy of all orders inclusive of cost, purchasing method and linked requisitions

- Ensure expediting and progression is conducted, recorded and uploaded to the MRO software

- Forward planning and coordination with engineering, planning and commercial is conducted

- Ensure timely updates to the MRO of all parts purchased and their schedule for delivery

- Ensure warehouse staff & imports / exports coordinator are collectively informed of inbound priorities

- Manage parts sales and exchange enquiries including building a robust rotable pool and processing slow moving inventory

- Daily reporting to the Procurement shift lead and engineering as required

- Support for project reporting and governance against performance KPIs

- Support to the wider business as reasonably requested

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inwarding, storing, picking, packing, and outwarding goods.

- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

- Ensure proper implementation and usage of Increff WMS for tracking and inventory control.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, CS, Marketing, etc) to streamline the fulfillment process and meet customer expectations.

- Lead a team of warehouse staff - manage shifts, assign tasks, ensure productivity, and resolve issues on the ground.

- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations, ensuring minimal shrinkage or discrepancies.

- Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance protocols.

- Track KPIs related to order accuracy, dispatch TAT, return management, and warehouse efficiency.

- Handle vendor coordination for logistics and other warehouse services.

- Aiding the department where it is most needed

- Ensure SLA adherence, operational excellence & KPI delivery

- Review team performance, training, and ground-level process implementation

- Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams for seamless execution

REQUIREMENTS

- Should have exposure of handling FMCG warehouses of more than 1 Lac Sq. which includes floor operations, Staff and Labor management, Stock Hygiene and Stock Audits, Safety Norms.

- Should be very strong in reviewing depot activities on day-to-day basis with down the line team.

- Should be very strong in getting the Standard Processes implemented on ground

- 3 to 15 years in logistics/supply chain operations.

- Strong team management & cross-functional leadership

- Hands-on experience with warehouse & fleet operations

- Exposure to system-driven, tech-integrated logistics environments

- Willingness to travel regionally
