Primary Purpose Of The Position

1. Accountable for the end to end supply chain blocks of work associated with Logistics and Plant warehousing. managing transport vendors, and 3 PL Service provider who is handling plant FG Storage.

2. Collaborating with plant, functional stakeholders, business teams and warehouses to deliver aligned PBU goals and objectives related to EBIT, supplies, product availability, inventory quality and customer service.

3. Ensure Safe work practices With the help of sales forecast, ensure to plan daily truck placement activities for delivery on time. Develop review mechanism to ensure availability of required inventoy.

4. Plan, organize, and manage the international shipping and movement of goods, including components, materials, and finished products, across China, India, and East Africa.

5. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and freight partners to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods, balancing cost, speed, and reliability.

6. Develop and maintain efficient logistics processes, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to destinations in Zeno's key markets.

7. Negotiate contracts and terms with logistics providers to optimize costs and improve service quality.

8. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export policies for each country.

9. Monitor and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining service levels.

10. Analyze and resolve logistical challenges, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.

11. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all logistics processes, shipments, and compliance activities for audit and reporting purposes.

12. Collaborate with Zeno's engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan inventory movement to meet production and distribution needs.

What You Bring

1. 4-18 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or international shipping, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industries.

2. Proven track record in managing logistics operations across multiple countries.

3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.

4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in logistics management tools and software for tracking and optimizing shipments.

6. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

8. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation solutions.
