We are now looking for a co-founder to join this journey-someone who sees the future not as a place of passive automation, but of mindful machines that assist, enhance, and empower human capability. You do not need to be a technologist. But you do need to understand technology deeply, respect its pace, sense its impact, and bring something irreplaceable to the table.

What Xolver is building

At Xolver, we are creating a suite of modular AI systems that bring real-time intelligence to the physical world-without requiring code. Our products are designed to be embedded into existing environments and workflows, enabling everything from autonomous decision-making to smart visual understanding.

Think of them as AI brains that can be plugged into drones, video feeds, and enterprise tools-turning static machines and data streams into adaptive, responsive systems.

Our long-term vision also includes a line of intelligent web-based agents that can handle complex digital tasks-designed for both businesses and individuals.

What your role could be

As a co-founder, you'll help shape and scale Xolver. Your role is not fixed-it is co-authored. But here's what we expect you to take on:

- Own one or more verticals across product, growth, partnerships, ops, or GTM

- Bring deep curiosity about the application of AI in real-world workflows-whether physical or digital

- Contribute to defining our market segments and finding the right first customers or pilots

- Build strategic partnerships across drone makers, surveillance integrators, enterprise security teams, or digital platforms

- Co-lead early hiring and team building alongside the founder

- Shape culture, pace, and product-market insight from day zero

What we're looking for

- You are deeply curious and actively follow how AI, robotics, and automation are evolving

- You may not write code, but you can hold your ground in a room full of engineers

- You may come from product, business, research, design, or even a non-tech background, but you understand what technology can do-and more importantly, what it can't

- You think in systems and patterns, not just features or ideas

- You are not looking for a job. You are looking to build a company with meaning, urgency, and real-world impact

- You're excited to work with scrappy prototypes, vague specs, and ideas that still need shaping

- You are hands-on, execution-oriented, and willing to move between strategic and operational work every day

Bonus if you bring

- Experience in scaling B2B SaaS, launching products in AI or robotics, or building partnerships in defense, media, or industrial tech

- Understanding of no-code ecosystems, agent workflows, or physical automation spaces

- Investor networks or fundraising experience (not mandatory)

Location and Working Style

We are flexible-first and open to remote, hybrid, or on-ground setups, though some in-person time is preferred during early-stage team formation. We care more about clarity of thought and quality of execution than where you live.

Equity, Belief, and Skin in the Game

This is a co-founder role. You will have significant equity, equal voice in the company's direction, and shared ownership of both the risks and the returns. We're not hiring you to fill a position. We're inviting you to help build the brain of the company itself.
