Xitudy is on a mission to fix that.
We are building an AI-driven travel booking platform that makes planning a multi-mode journey-from a small town in Bihar to Goa-possible in just 8 clicks. From tickets to accommodations, we're using machine learning and deep learning to automate and personalize travel like never before.
Backed by $2M in seed funding, Xitudy is gearing up for its first major launch. To make this a success, we're seeking a Product Manager with FinTech experience who understands operational complexity, customer trust, and scalable digital journeys.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who has worked in FinTech domains (like banks, lending platforms, NBFCs, or wallets) and understands how to design secure, scalable, and intuitive user experiences. You'll take end-to-end ownership of key product modules, working closely with design, engineering, and marketing to get us from MVP to nationwide launch.
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Ownership: Own and drive the roadmap for your product area, with a focus on launch-readiness, user trust, and seamless experiences.
2) User Journey Design: Leverage your fintech background to simplify multi-step journeys (e.g., KYC, bookings, payments) with clear logic, flows, and validation.
3) Data-Backed Decisions: Define product success metrics. Use data and user feedback to prioritise feature rollouts and optimise flows.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, data science, operations, and support to ensure smooth and timely execution.
5) Launch Execution: Help prepare the product for public launch with an MVP mindset-shaping onboarding, payment integrations, and booking logic for real-world use.
6) User Empathy: Built for India's Bharat users. Understand the expectations of travellers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns-many of whom are new to digital-first booking.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
1) 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on FinTech platforms (e.g., banks, digital lending, payments, NBFCs, etc.)
2) Experience designing secure and high-trust user flows (e.g., digital onboarding, KYC, UPI, EMI/credit flows).
3) Proven ability to simplify complex transactional processes.
4) Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp user-first mindset.
5) Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion.
6) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7) No MBA mandatory
Good to Have:
1) Experience launching mobile-first or app-based B2C products.
2) SQL or data analysis skills (basic proficiency).
3) Understanding of travel or logistics-related workflows.
4) Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-heavy environments.
